Strata Scheme Development - Preparing for the second directions hearing
Where a Strata Schemes Development Proceeding is listed for conciliation or mediation and the parties are unable to reach agreement to resolve the proceeding, the proceeding will need to be prepared for a hearing. The Practice Note (PDF , 115.5 KB) and usual directions at the first directions hearing specify the steps the parties will need to undertake before the second directions hearing.
