Planned Industrial Action for Trains

Industrial action is planned for Friday, 22 November 2024 which will impact train services in NSW.

If as a result of the planned industrial action, a lawyer, witness or party is not able to attend a listing at the Land and Environment Court on Friday in person, alternative arrangements can be made to appear by either phone, AVL or Microsoft Teams.  These alternative arrangements can be for appearances before the Registrar’s call over list, the List Judge list, s34 conciliation conferences and hearings.

If a person seeks an order to appear by telephone, AVL or Microsoft Teams, please contact the other party to discuss the proposed arrangements and approach the court by Online Court or at leclistings@justice.nsw.gov.au to seek any necessary orders.  An in person appearance is otherwise expected unless such an order has been made by the Court prior to your listing.
