The Registry office is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. For those wishing to observe a hearing of the Court, it is recommended that you check the Court List to ascertain the approximate start time.
Outside of the above hours, if you have an application that requires an urgent listing before a judge of the Court, please call the after hours number (urgent matters only) on 02 9113 8255 to get in touch with a registrar of the Court.

All correspondence for the Senior Commissioner should be sent to chambers.seniorcommissioner@courts.nsw.gov.au.
If you urgently need to contact a particular Commissioner after-hours in relation to attendance at a hearing (for example, flooding onsite, illness of a participant), you should telephone the Court's after-hours service on 9113 8255. A Registrar will answer your call and put you in contact with the Commissioner.
For parties wishing to submit material (for example, conditions of consent) to Commissioners for Court purposes, contact the Court Registry and ask for the Commissioner's Support section.
