The Court aims to deliver reserved judgments within three months of the judgment being reserved at the conclusion of the hearing. If a judgment has been reserved for more than three months, you may make an inquiry via the method set out in the Court's policy on Delays in reserved judgments (PDF , 151.3 KB).
The Judicial Commission of NSW hears complaints about Judges in NSW.
The NSW Land and Environment Court aims to promote good practices and maintains the highest standards of performance. If you're not satisfied with the conduct of a Commissioner you can make a complaint via the method set out in the Court's Policy on complaints against Commissioners of the Land and Environment Court (PDF , 32.8 KB). Please note a complaint to the Chief Judge is not a substitute for an appeal against a Commissioner's decision on questions of law.
