Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page for further information.
Due to IT upgrades, the Land and Environment Court will experience interruptions to email communications over the October long weekend and the following weekend.
The first outage will commence at 5pm on Friday 29 September and continue until 8am Tuesday 3 October 2023. The Court’s general email addresses and the Court’s Registry staff (i.e. all @justice email addresses) will not be able to send or receive emails during this time and no email notifications will be sent concerning documents filed in Online Registry or orders made in the Online Court.
The second outage will commence from 5pm on Friday 6 October and continue until 8am Monday 9 October 2023. The Court’s judges, commissioners, acting commissioners, associates and chambers email addresses (i.e. all @courts email addresses) will be offline and not able to send or receive emails during this period.

Please note that there will be no change to the Land and Environment Court's email addresses following these IT upgrades
