Temporary relocation of the Land and Environment Court registry counter and courtrooms

Location of Land and Environment Court registry counter during law vacation

During the court vacation from Monday, 22 December 2025 to Friday, 30 January 2026, the Land and Environment Court registry counter will temporarily be located on the ground floor of 50 Phillip Street due to building works being carried out.  Attached below is picture of the outside of the building where the registry counter will be located and a map showing a short, level walking route from the courthouse at 225 Macquarie Street, Sydney to the ground floor of 50 Philip Street, Sydney.  All the usual face to face registry counter services provided by the Land and Environment Court, will be available from this temporary location over the court vacation period.

Filing can still be done via the Online Registry for civil matters, and at Local Courts. All other contact details for the court and arrangements over the court vacation remain the same and that information is available here.
