NOTE: Matters listed for s 26 mediations, s 34 conciliation and s 34AA conciliation and hearing (in conciliation phase) are not available via AVL observer links.

Photo, video and sound recording of a NSW court proceeding is prohibited under section (9) of the Court Security Act 2005. Penalties Apply: Maximum Penalty $22,000 or 12 months imprisonment (or both).

Use of “AI Bots” to record and transcribe proceedings is prohibited.
